A simple compressor with bonus features
Photo Compress & Resize gives you the option to compress your photos individually or by batch. The app also enables you to choose the compression mode — by quality or by size — and adjust them by percent or by kilobyte. Moreover, the compression process allows you to maintain the resolution of your images, delete the original photos, and choose where to store the compressed files.
Aside from compressing your images, this app also offers the option to resize them. Resizing your photos can be done by adjusting their pixel or percentage. You can also compress them afterward by toggling the Resize with Compression option. The file options of this feature are similar to the compression process and it also allows you to resize images one at a time or by batch.
Another convenient feature of this app is its cropping option. In this category, you can remove unwanted peripheral areas using the predetermined aspect ratios or adjusting their crop percentage. You can also rotate them in this section. Aside from these three functions, there are no other editing tools available on the app. If you want a more comprehensive tool, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom is a great option.
Not for comprehensive editing jobs
Considering how few features it has, this is not the ideal app if you want a tool that gives you all the editing functions you need. However, if you're only looking to compress, resize, or crop your photos then this app can do it for you. The extensive options between these features even give you more control over how you can adjust your images.
